When you write to me here, your message comes to my private inbox. I’ll read it myself. Please share only what you feel comfortable sending. — Luca

What you share with me

I ask for your name and email so I know who’s writing and can reply. Your phone number, address, and message are optional. The form also records when you got in touch, whether you gave permission for future emails, and the wording of that permission.

May I get back in touch?

If you tick the permission box, you’re inviting me to contact you personally by email to stay in touch and share my next ventures. That could include news beyond a possible reopening of The Etna Rosso.

You can send me a message without ticking the box. I can reply to your message, but that submission won’t sign you up for emails about my next ventures. Leaving the box unticked does not cancel permission you gave previously. Sharing a phone number or address does not give permission for promotional calls, texts, or postal mail.

You can change your mind at any time: use the unsubscribe link shown after a new signup, the unsubscribe option in future emails, or simply send me a note asking me to stop.

Where your details go

Your details are stored in a private database that I access through a password-protected inbox. They aren’t displayed on this website. The hosting provider processes them to run the service, and I can export the list of people who have asked to hear from me.

Cookies and basic security

This page does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. A necessary cookie is used when I sign into my inbox. A short-lived, protected identifier derived from the connecting network address helps limit spam; it is not part of my contact list.

Changing or removing your details

If you’d like me to correct or remove your details, send me a message with the email address you originally used. I keep your contact details while you’re signed up for updates, and correspondence until I remove it or receive a deletion request.
